The Basis for All Success

Being an entrepreneur, I’ve been surrounded for years by “success literature”. From book about focus, to Dan Kennedy marketing material, DVDs like “The Secret”, to ebooks about how to make money online, to the Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” it’s been a part of my life for years.
One major mistake that I made was trying to graft the various concepts and philosophies into my life and somehow harmonize them with my Christian faith.
After five years of struggle, I can tell you without any doubt that this doesn’t work very well.
I’ll go into more in detail later, but the truth is that the rules for success that apply to the unregenerate and the rules for success that apply to God’s People are dynamically different.
In my next post on this I’ll go over some of the core Bible teachings that point this out and what it means for you and me.
